The Basement Tapes of the Mole Cabal was an ongoing audio serial available in podcast form from 2005-2014. Subscribe through itunes, or stream, below. Note I switched providers so the iTunes sub will only get you back to 2012. A few of them played on the wonderful Australian sound art show Soundproof.

Each tape is about ten minutes of archival-audio-ambient-dig-floating, and each one has an original song embedded in it somewhere. They're meant to accompany you while you work or daydream.
